We start our 1st day of Ghorepani Poon Hill Ghandruk trek with a scenic 7-8 hour drive to Pokhara passes through the winding highways of the hilly green landscapes. After arriving at Pokhara, you will get transferred to the hotel in Lakeside, Pokhara.

After an early breakfast, we start our 45 minutes hike to the spectacular Poon Hill viewpoint (3210 m). We can observe the stunning sunrise view from the viewpoint. You can watch the awe-inspiring sun rays falling over the snow-capped mountains in all its glory.

We started our descending trek from Ghorepani after observing the sunrise view and taking incredible pictures. We then descend back to Tadapani (2,630m) from Ghorepani. The downhill trek is easy, and you can enjoy the trek with ease. Besides that, the beautiful waterfalls and vast orange orchards of the region will enchant you.

After breakfast, we will start our trek from Tadapani to the famous settlement of Ghandruk (2010m). Ghandruk is a beautiful Gurung settlement with local homestays. We will descend observing the snow-capped mountains of Annapurna I and Mt. Machhapuchhre to arrive at our destination.
